Welcome from the Men of Mountain Song Foursquare Church!

John 17:6    I revealed Your name to the men whom You gave to Me out of the world.
They were Yours, and You gave them to Me; and they have kept Your Word.

John 17:7    Now they have known that all things, whatever You gave to Me, are from You.

John 17:20  And I do not pray concerning these only, but also concerning those who will
                 believe in Me through their word;

John 17:21  that all may be one, as You are in Me, Father, and I in You, that they also
may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

John 17:22  And I have given them the glory which You have given Me, that they may be
                 one, as We are One:

John 17:23  I in them, and You in Me, that they may be perfected in one; and that the world
may know that You sent Me and loved them, even as You loved Me.

John 17:24  Father, I desire that those whom You have given Me, that where I am, they
may be with Me also, that they may behold My glory which You gave Me,
because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

John 17:25  Righteous Father, indeed the world did not know You, but I knew You; and
these have known that You sent Me.

This was part of a prayer spoken by Jesus that has yet to be fulfilled.  Part of our vision
here at Mountain Song Men's Ministry is that each man will not see himself as others see
him, but that he will see himself as God sees him.  God sees us as a son, a priest, a leader,
an ambassador, and a friend. He also sees us as a man who is part of the body of Christ, a
man of great value and worthiness, and a man who is loved.  We are a warrior with great
spiritual weapons that we need to learn how to use.  As we learn to walk in these roles, we can become one in Christ and walk in the unity that Jesus prayed for.

The Men’s Ministry meets @ 7:30 am, the first Saturday of the month here on the church property. We meet for breakfast where men cook for men.  That means we eat like men!
We have fellowship over hearty portions followed by a short story, usually from Patrick
McManus.  This is a time where we can learn about and many times reminise about the
do’s and dont's of manhood.
This is followed up by a message from the word, and the practical application into our lives is pursued.  It really is ok to be a Godly man in a society that is continually trying to suppress God and manhood.  Come and learn with us, be welcome, be a man, be a Godly man.
